The Clothing Manufacturers Association of India (CMAI) conducted their 55th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 25, 2018 at its premises in Mumbai. The AGM elected members of the association’s managing committee and also the regional committees.
Rahul Mehta was re-elected President of the Association after the AGM unanimously. This happens to be his seventh consecutive term with the association as president. The members heaped accolade on Mehta for his pioneering role in leading the apparel industry to a respectable position despite trying situations.
