Azo Dye Test Absolved For Textile Imports From 5 Nations

China, EU and three other regions including Siberia, Denmark and Poland have been recently exempted from testing of samples for presence of Azo Dyes during the textile import process. This move is bound to help importers to reduce the transaction cost. "Textiles and textile articles originating from specific countries are exempted from testing of samples for presence of Azo Dyes," Director General of Foreign Trade said in a notification.
